Exchange & Return Policy

All products sold from Essense are not refundable unless the product offered by Essense itself is not as described. Most products are shipped with a return/exchange guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. However, the return/exchange guarantee period is not a trial or testing period, all products (unless otherwise indicated) must be returned with sufficient reason within 7 days from the Delivery Order date for exchange. All returned products must be in unused and full package condition. These terms apply to all returns. Essense will return any products that were returned without any sufficient reason for exchange or any used or non full package items back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at Essense will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage product cannot be returned for warranty claim. Physical damage includes improper handling or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Essense will return any physically damaged product back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Warranties; All Product Sold "As-Is" Or "With All Faults"
Essense is a reseller only. Products sold by Essense are not manufactured by Essense. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). Essense assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Essense makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. Essense disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

All items sold through Essense are sold "as-is" or "with all faults." the entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or Essense, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with Essense invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Essense and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Essense and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
